Day 13: my partner
Through thick and thin, good and bad, sickness and health- he is there. He makes me a better person and he believes in me when I don't have it in me to believe in myself. He is my partner. And I am his.

Day 12: relaxation
Off work. Parents drove up for dinner and beverages at my Pops' favorite place, LowBrau. At this moment, I am so grateful for the ability to relax and let go. After they left, Luke and I stayed to drink a little more and enjoy the tunes.

Day 11: blankets
Few things make me happier than being cozier up under lots of blankets. Bring on the cold weather. I am ready.
Day 10: Sunday Funday
Usually I work Sunday evenings and get home late. This weekend I worked the a.m. shift and was delighted to see I had time enough for a bike ride with my man. We rode to Revolution Wines, met up with friends, and ended up having a blast. Perfect end to a hard working week.

Day 5: embracing permanence
On Tuesday, I did the first real permanent thing I have ever done in my life and it felt great. I have always been too scared to get a tattoo because I thought I couldn't commit. (That and I didn't want my mom to be upset.) I finally decided that I am 28 years old, I have wanted the same word on the same place on my body for at least 6 years, I was finally ready to commit. I did, and I love it.
