Work done, time to play!

Momo is having her first Derby Party today so we went to the gym early. I went to the new LuluLemon in midtown yesterday and couldn't resist this top. The color description is Flash, and it is bright and fun! I think it may be my race top for the future.

Sunday after teaching yoga in the morning, we enjoyed a great day together. We had brunch at Capital Garage, played dominoes and drank coffee at Insight. Then met our friends, Natalie and Mike, for a beer at River Rock. From there we went to Republic and had a blast playing games like SkeeBall and pool.

The weather was absolutely beautiful this past weekend. We enjoyed a Saturday night evening walking around exploring Midtown with our camera. Having a new (and good!) camera has inspired me to look at everything a little differently, and it is providing us with plenty of entertainment. We are lucky to live in such beautiful city.

My Male Model!

I am not the only one that thinks my hubby is a cool dude. Our good friend, Stephanie, is a model/photographer (and a great mommy too!) who wanted to include some male models in her portfolio. Luke is always willing to help friends out, and I am always excited to see my man dressed up, so this was a win win for everyone. Check out these great shots Steph got in an old alley way downtown.

As you can see, Luke is handsome as ever and our friend is pretty dang talented. Watch out for more of her stuff in the future. You can search her online as StephyNow and she is formally Stephanie Birch Molina.

Ps- I was there and I learned that behind the scenes, the shoots aren't quite as glamorous as I imagined. The boys had to push the car in place. (Check out Bennett helping on Dad's back).

BRUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCE!!!!!!!!!!

This past week has absolutely flown by. The highlight was going to see the Boss with my mom. Bruce was playing in San Jose, when I bought the tickets, I didn't think twice about driving there on a Tuesday night and driving us home after the show. ....However, as it got closer, I started thinking about how my driving record is not exactly stellar and I became a little nervous thinking about how many car accidents I have been in at night time alone... luckily my prince of a husband very gallantly offered to play chauffeur to Momo and me. That's right, Lucas drove us to San Jose and back (all the while having to listen to two grown women swooning over the man from Jersey). I sure love him, Lucas, I mean. :)

Needless to say, the show was AMAZING (and I had barely a voice for the next few days). It was an unforgettable night with my mom.
